Guarantee / Warranty? – The goods are guaranteed / warranted against defects arising from faulty design, workmanship and material for a period of earlier than 12 months from the date of installation or 15 months from the date manufacturing, subject to the following conditions

• This product must be purchased from the authorized dealer / marketing agents & service card is updated with the authorized dealer. The serial number on the back side of the article must not be declared or altered in any way.

 

• The company’s liability under guarantee / warranty shall be limited only to defects in the goods in which occur under the conditions or normal operation of the goods and their proper and prescribed use. This guarantee / warranty does not cover or extend to defects which are determined by the company or its authorized agents as occurring or resulting from or attributable to negligence, abuse, misuse and faulty system arising on customer’s end.
